Villa Pozzi Cabernet Sauvignon

Our Cabernet Sauvignon is macerated for 20 days to ensure full body and complexity. 20% of the wine is aged in oak barrel while the rest is finished in stainless steel, meaning just a hint of warm vanilla rounds out the rich fruit character of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape.

An intense inky red, the wine exhibits black plum aromas in addition to a stunningly sweet bouquet of ground pepper, blackberry, and subtle oak. It is rich and mouth filling with integrated tannins.
